Note: Please be informed that, unsupported token deposits (including, but not limited to, tokens on incorrect chains) will not be recoverable.
In case you have withdrawn tokens to an incorrect address by mistake, Emirex will not be able to locate the correct receiver of the sent assets or provide you with any additional help in this regard, as blockchain networks are anonymous.
Note: Please note that the irreversibility of cryptocurrency protocols does not allow for reversing or cancellation of transfers that have been sent.
The only course of action in such circumstance will be contacting the recipient and seeking their help and cooperation in sending your assets back. However, if you are unfamiliar with the receiver, to whose address you have mistakenly sent your assets, there is no solution and unfortunately, you will most likely be unable to recover your assets.
In view of the above, Emirex once again advises all customers to exercise extreme caution and care when initiating transactions. Please take time to verify all the details of the transaction, such as the receiver’s address and amount to be sent.
